Mr Murcutt is our Hollies class teacher. After moving to Nottingham from London, he joined St Joseph’s in September 2023. He completed a GTP in 2012 and has been teaching in schools across London for the last decade. He has taught in KS1 and KS2 and has been a specialist teacher for both music and media.
Mr Murcutt enjoys history and heritage and has worked with several museums as an education consultant including the Young V&A, the Museum of London and the London Film Museum. You may even see him volunteering at Nottingham Castle during the holidays. He is also a games designer and loves playing board games with his family and friends. Mr Murcutt plays several instruments and will be teaching Hollies and Oaks how to play the ukulele.
