St. Joseph’s School Prize Night
Wednesday 8th July 2015
New College Nottingham Clarendon, Pelham Avenue, off Mansfield Road,
(Opposite Park Inn Hotel), Nottingham NG5 1AL


You are cordially invited to our annual Prize Night that will once again be taking place at the above venue. All children from Reception to Year 6 must attend as they will receive prizes and are in the performance. Please be aware that all children should be brought to the college by 6.15 p.m. wearing school uniform and be taken to their class teacher on arrival.

Boys will need to wear grey school trousers, a blue short sleeved shirt (no tie) and black school shoes. Girls will need to wear school uniform summer dress, black school shoes and white ankle socks.  Please make sure long hair is tied back in a ponytail or bun.

The Prize Giving will begin at 6.30pm. All children from Pre-Prep to Year 6 will receive certificates and awards for their achievements during the year. Once this is finished children from Pre-Prep Class may be collected by their parents to take their seats to watch the show which follows after a short interval during which children from Year 6 to Reception Class will be getting into costumes and having make-up put on.

This year children from Reception to Year 6 will perform The Bumblesnouts Save the World. The evening should finish by 8.00pm.

Parents and children from Rainbow Room and Sunflower Room are very welcome to come along and join us. Just turn up on the night.

All children from Reception Class to Year 6 will be rehearsing at the College on Wednesday. It is normal pick-up time of 3.45 pm at school.
