1:1 Midday Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Provide dedicated 1:1 support during lunchtime and playtime.

Encourage positive social interaction and engagement with peers.

Support the child with transitions between lunch and play activities.

Promote the child's independence, confidence and wellbeing.

Maintain a safe, secure and inclusive environment.

Liaise effectively with teaching staff and the SENCo regarding the child's needs and progress.

Follow school safeguarding, behaviour and health and safety procedures at all times.
