Acorns (Reception)

Our Learning

This term our topic is called All About Me. The children will be focusing on several texts such as Elmer, Rainbow fish, Supertato and funny Bones. We will be looking at our bodies and celebrating differences. In Maths we will be focusing on Place value of number to 10 as well as 2D shapes.

PE Details

PE days for The Acorns is Monday.

Homework

Each week, the children will receive homework in their homework books. Each activity is based on what they have been learning about during that week.

Enrichment Activities

Each week the children have the opportunity to read with Breeze the labradoodle, take part in super star sports, have specialist French, art and music lessons and participate in weekly activities in their school houses.
