I have been in school catering for over 19 years now; 16 as a catering supervisor/manager. I have lived in Nottingham all my life. I enjoy being around people and love dinner times to chat to the children. My passion is for cooking and learning new techniques within this area. I like to go out socialising, going to shows and seeing live bands. I also love to read and watch ‘Upstairs Downstairs where my idol is Mrs Bridges!. I thrive on a challenge and love new courses . I believe in learning as much as you can, things will go wrong but it`s how you deal with it to put it right that counts. Work together and take care of each other.
