Magna Science Adventure Centre: Trip (Photos)

An educational visit has been arranged for Year’s 1 through to Year 6 to Magna Science Adventure Centre, Sheffield on Wednesday 3rd June 2015.

We will be travelling by coach and will be leaving school at 9.00 a.m., returning at 4.00 p.m., depending on traffic. The total cost will be £13.50 per child.

Children should wear sensible, suitable outdoor clothing and bring a small rucksack/bag for their packed lunch (which will be provided by school), a healthy snack and a bottle of water (plastic not glass) brought from home.

Please return the permission slip by Friday 22nd May.

If you have not received a letter or wish to pay please see either Mrs Young/Mrs De Vivo who will be more than happy to help.

National Video Game Arcade – Trip Year 2-Part 2

The National Video Game Arcade yesterday invited pupils from our Year 2 class. We have been invited back due to the great success and representation of St.Joseph’s School. We are very proud of the children that visited the Game Arcade. Throughout the day the children had an amazing opportunity to work with Jonathan Smith (Head of Production) a Videogame developer from Lego Videogames. Jonathan has developed Lego games such as; Lego Star Wars and Lego Indiana Jones. Read full article
